Hi, I intend to start a juice fast..for 10 days from tomorrow.Anyone joining in? Would be nice if i had a fasting buddy my goal is weight loss and detoxification..I intend to take lot of juices,water and raw fruits & veggies- 20-30 %.

I need to lose about 300 total pounds. I am on day 12 of a juice water fast. Yesterday was water only, today I am juicing. I started this process after watching Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead by Joe Cross. I have more energy and my pain is receding somewhat. Did you lose the whole 140 during the fast or was it as a result of your lifestyle changes?
