Fasting Progress Report-Brag 2 Week Juice Fast For Cleansing, Healing, Candida, Spiritual Insight
Today is my “PRE” day for a (hopefully) 14 day juice/water fast. I am a little nervous because in Febuary I did a 9 day juice/water fast and it was pretty difficult. Also I am 5’8″ and weigh 141 lbs at the moment. I would personally like to be somewhere in the 125-130 range. On my 9 day fast I lost about 12-13 lbs, so I just hope I wont start losing too much. (Although I know from experience that you gain 3-4 lbs back of water/etc) I dont want to do an enima so I am trying to take lots of fiber today and will juice fruits and veggies later that help with clearing out.
This is what my schedule is looking like is any of you want to know:

I read somewhere it was good to just drink veg juice at night.
I will also drink herbal tea w/ lemon juice/honey/blackstrap molasses. (My molasses is the kind w/ extra iron cause i tend to get a little anemic) I am also going to keep taking vitamins and probiotics throughout (except on the water days).
I found some wonderful juice recipes (via the net but mostly Tom). I think the reason it was hard last time is because I didnt have a laid out plan, expecially with the juices (some days I had no choice but to drink packaged juice or drink gross juice i had made). Having a plan is important cause it keeps you going and you are less likely to give up.
The Hyper House Cleaner

1/2 green or red pepper

1/2 tsp. onion powder

I would love your guys’ input and support. I am doing this fast alone as a spiritual journey but its nice to have support from those who are fasting as well. I will be working at a hospital the whole time I’m fasting and I try not to make it publically known because that tends to make things weird for people who dont understand and God also tells us not to make people aware of it. At the end of the 17-day fast, a physical problem was gone. My doctor had told me I had a stomach reflex disease and would have to take pills for the rest of my life, but after the fast I no longer had that disease; I was completely healed. Sure take bio-sim but the best for candida is nano silver. Which is well documented on this site in the disease protocols category.
IF and that’s a big IF you really have an overgrowth of Candida, I agree with Tom that Colloidal Silver is the best way to go. It’s so expensive to buy but only costs pennies to make at home with a CSilver generator.
