Lowri: 10 days of Water Fasting

Doing 10 days of Water Fasting. Starting September 20, 2010
Reasons for Fasting:
To slim down, more energy, get rid of certain things in my diet, increase athletic ability, to feel more attractive, to feel less depressed about my self.
Up and down. Mostly enjoy healthy foods, but then leave huge gaps between meals, get hungry and need to eat something quick to make rather than carefully planned out! Being in an Asian country it's not always easy to buy whole grain food and diet items.
State of Mind:
Really feeling low about myself. Feel like my weight is yo-yo ing. I feel like it's so obvious to everyone that I've gained weight. I feel like a pig. I don't want to feel like this. I know from experience, that sometimes I can start a fast just when the time is right and I can see it to the end...then other times I can get past days 2 or 3. I have also had difficulty adjusting my diet after the fasting time. So actually, a ten day fast will last for a 20day period because I hope to manage my diet very carefully after the fast. This is even more important. Right now is a really good time to do it. I have the next 7 days off work and will only have 3 days in work at the end..days 8,,9,,10. Also I have some pretty major life events coming up 5 weeks from now. I HAVE to complete this process so these amazing things will be received in the best way possible.
Can anyone support me through the next 10 days?
