• Doing 14 days of Water Fasting. Starting June 21, 2011

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Healing cleansing weight loss spiritual discipline

• Past Fasting Experience:
  As an Orthodox Christian we fast 50% of every year. But those are modified fasts.

• Present Diet:
  Not great basically whatever I crave ~ junk fast food cakes etc etc

• Supplements:
  none

• Relevant Medical History:
  chronic unexplained aches and pains in various organs. basically always feeling really old

• Present Medication or Drug Usage:
  no meds but was smoking cigs about 5 a day

• State of Mind:
  at beginning of fast prone to anxiety depression fatigue

  none
