Reasons for Fasting:
To cleanse myself of emotional and spiritual pollution.

Past Fasting Experience:
Some juice fasting, some water fasting. Did it mostly for weight loss, and this is the wrong reason! This time I do it to help break some addiction and reset my body.

Present Diet:
I don't have any regime in particular.
