Doing 21 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting May 2, 2011
Reasons for Fasting:
A clearer mind, more energy, and weight loss.
Past Fasting Experience:
A few 2 days fasts, many 1 day fasts. This is my first big fast. I plan on water fasting mostly, unless it becomes unbearable, which is when I'll switch to juice.
Fruits and veggies, protein from Greek yogurt and fish. Although I do eat out about 3-4x a week, and those meals are big. That habit is definitely one I want to cut out. I drink nothing but skim milk (in my cereal) and water.
Womens 1-a-Day: this is okay to take when my body is only receiving water?
State of Mind:
Excited/Slightly Nervous/ Determined
Is it okay to take a solid vitamin on a water fast, or should I powder it into my water?
