Doing 10 days of Water Fasting. Starting April 10, 2012
Reasons for Fasting:
I want to deal with my problems regarding food addiction and overeating. I have 15 kilos extra that I have troubles loosing.
Past Fasting Experience:
3 days juice fast a year ago.
generally a very healthy diet, but with periods of extreme overeating. I work out on a regular basis.
Present Medication or Drug Usage:
I work out 5 days a week normally. Will I be able to keep up any excersise on a water fast? I am also going into an exam-period at my University now. Will fasting affect my ability to concentrate on my studies?
