Doing 30 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting September 21, 2010
Reasons for Fasting:
To get centered lose the last 14 pounds I have left on my belly and in all honest trying to get ride of some addiction, I feel like I am addicted to those 2/3 glasses of wine. Everyone tells me its just in my head, but its not, after work I come home drink my wine and after that I don't want to do anything and I have to study. In short I waste precious time and steal away from improving myself just because of wine.
Past Fasting Experience:
I started a 30 days fasting on September 13th 2010. All in all I was doing good. In 4 days I lost 8 pounds. But then on friday I had unexpected vistors who came in town to watch football from New York and they stayed with me and it was very hard to fast. I kept to just one health meal dinner but as mentioned above I had that wine each day. I was on the scale this morning, I have gained 1 pound which I think is not bad at all considering the situation. But today I start over again 30 days fasting, so help me God
I have a relatively health diet,

I feel peaceful just from my 5 days of fasting last week. I feel confident about myself and happier. Though I did finish the 30 days straight, I feel I am off to a great start and I pray I finish my 30 days succesfully this time to improve my memory.
Aside from the self imposed limitations which I intend to conquer with this fasting and making other changes in my life. I have none
Tom, how can one keep on fasting even with food triggers like unxpected friends and vistors and events where food is everywhere. Secondly I asked if drinking skinny water while fasting is ok?
