  • Doing 30 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting September 12, 2012

  • Reasons for Fasting:
    I want to jump start my change to a healther me! My actual weight is 335 lbs, but 327.8 was as high as it would go.

  • Past Fasting Experience:
    None! The week leading up to my juice fast (and before I purchased my juicer) I was having only blended veggies and fruits. Sometimes I would have some carrots to crunch on or tomatoes but other wise I just did the blended drinks. I hoping to make it to 30 days, but I think I would like to try longer.

  • Present Diet:
    Awful!!! A lot of fast food. Not enough of the greens or fruits! Over eating on high fatty foods!

  • State of Mind:
    I am glad I am finally going to be able to do the juice fast! I have been wanting to do one for about 8 months. I am excited, but I know I am going to have times where I will want to throw in the towel! Especially when I am trying to feed my brood of 8!
