• Doing 5 days of Water Fasting. Starting October 19, 2010

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Attempting to start of a new life! and gain more controle and discipline over the way i eat. and on the way maybe lose a kilo or two.

• Past Fasting Experience:
  nothing at all!!

• Present Diet:
  ok in a way just WAY to mich snaking and boredom eating

• State of Mind:
  a little scared i got to admit!
