Becky: 30 days of Juice Fasting

Doing 30 days of Juice Fasting. Starting October 29, 2010
Reasons for Fasting:
Very overweight; feel sluggish, foggy, bloated, constipated (sorry), unable to find motivation. Very bad diet; would like to break dependency on alcohol. I tend to not eat much for a day or two, then overeat high-fat, high-sodium items. Immediately afterwards, I feel worse than before. Immediate goal is just ridding myself of some of this bloat and extra weight; I'm hoping I'll regain a sense of motivation and energy soon after enough to begin more consistent exercise.
Past Fasting Experience:
No more than a day or two; primarily protein drinks (that's probably not really fasting).
Bad. Just bad. Primarily salty, high-sodium items; not too dependent on high sugar splurges.
Relevant Medical History:
Relatively good health, considering. Don't smoke.
Present Medical Problems:
Slightly elevated blood pressure; bloating; headaches.
State of Mind:
Pretty happy most of the time, with the exception of nagging frustration with my weight, and feeling physically crummy.
Does anyone have a more detailed day-to-day PLAN for juice fasting? I have the Jack LaLane juicer, and will be stocking up on vegetables and some fruits, but I'm going at this rather blind.
