Doing 40 days of Juice Fasting. Starting September 14, 2012
Reasons for Fasting:
I have been sick for 9 years. I used to be an elite athlete when I came down with a flu-like illness in 2003. My symptoms are Osteorporosis, Hypercoagulation, headaches, muscle pain, brain fog, muscle twitches, restless leg syndrome while sleeping, stiffness and pain when trying to exercise that gets worse on exertion, unrefreshed sleep after 9 hours. I want to be my old self again!
Past Fasting Experience:
I did a 14 day orange juice fast previously. I felt slightly better during the fast.
No meat, dairy, or cooked foods. I eat raw fruits and vegetables.

What type of foods should I be juicing to help with my Osteoporosis? Is it ok to only drink water from 8:00pm until 2:00pm the next day? Then I would drink juices from 2:00pm to 8:00pm. So 18 hours of water fasting and then 6 hours of juice fasting.
