• Doing 40 days of Juice Fasting. Starting April 1, 2013

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Rejuvination....physically and mental

• Past Fasting Experience:
  Actually this website got me started on longer fasts about 5 years ago. I was doing 5-7 day ones for years but never a longer one. With Tom's help, I got all the info to do a 40 day fast and it was miraculous! Now I do two a year, one in the spring and one in the fall.

• Present Diet:
  Vegetarian - mostly vegan Raw foods

• Supplements:
  Spirulina

• State of Mind:
  I have not been as centered as I would like

• Questions:
  I am interested this time in doing things that can help my cleansing.
