  • Doing 20 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting November 9, 2016

  • Reasons for Fasting:
    Weight-loss...stop binge eating....and emotional eating

  • Past Fasting Experience:
    I have did 10 day fasting and 5 day fasting that were success...but would gain the weight back

  • Present Diet:
    I alternate between no meat one week...then the next week binging on meat and laxatives...and weekends is free game. ..uuugh

  • Supplements:
    Sometime a multivitamin

  • Relevant Medical History:
    Unbalanced hormones and bad anxiety

  • Present Medication or Drug Usage:
    None

  • State of Mind:
    Gloomy...and low self esteem some days

  • Limitations:
    None

  • Questions:
    How can I Balance my hormones. What's the best way to eat after my fast to balance my hormones...I'm tired of the up and down. How can I be successful on this fast? Do you recommend me doing more than a 20 day fast?
