30 Days of Juice Fasting

My name is Ashley. I’m 26 years old. 157 cm and 55 kg. I’m on my 30 days of juice fasting. Today is day 24. This is the first time I fast. The reason I am fasting because I have a problem with my legs. Five years ago. I gave birth my son, after that 3 months I started feeling weird about my legs each time I stood or walked for long time. I thought it might go away itself. Then few months later, it was going worse and worse. Everyday if I stood or walk for few hours, sometime even when I sit down on a chair. My legs start getting hurt me a lot and there are a lot of red bump spots appears. At the end of the day, I’m not able to stand or walk any more. But the next morning, my legs are better and if I just rest and no standing or walking, the red bump go away itself in a week. If I worked or stand, it happen over and over again everyday. It’s been 5 years like that. I went to see a lot of doctors. But none of them know why and how to treat it. They just sent me to blood test center and my blood is fine. Once, they took a small piece of my skin to test but they couldn’t find anything neither. Then I went to Chinese doctors. He gave me something to drink (herb medication) I didn’t believe in that much but I still tried. It didn’t help me at all.

Last month, I just thought about fasting and started to research about it. I decided to try ( My last hope for my legs) I started first 12 days with lemonade fasting ( 4L waters + 12 lemon + 200 sugar) per day. Day 13 up to now I’m in juice fasting ( Cantaloup, apple, orange, cucumber…about 1L to 1.5L per day). I think juice fasting is easy for my body, because I feel ok with no headache or too tired. I sill cook dinner for my family, I sit on the table with them and I drink my juice. The problem is in 24 days, my legs are up and down. I mean some days my legs are ok, no pain, very little red bump but some day it hurt a lot. For example: Day 10, my legs had a lot of pains and many red bump. Yesterday ( day 23) was the same thing. So I don’t know fasting can help me or not. I’m losing my hope now 🙁 Do you have any idea about this? Please help me….Thank you very much!

My legs were healed with a thirty day juice fast. I could not stand for more than a few minutes without cramps. I would add essential oils 6 tablespoons daily to program, vitamin E 1200 IU and a B complex. The pain can come and go and get worse before healing. Sorry for the long delay in response.
