Are all forms ok to use internally? Last time I bought some I was assured it could be used internally. I just bought some again but it says external use only. anyone know?

I did and my bowels, which were pretty much shut down, would not pass it. After abut 50 hours of waiting I was forced to use enemas to make it pass. During a juice fast or normal eating this should work fine and draw out free radicals, toxins, and any other nasty things stuck in your digestive track. I reccomend 1tbsp liquid bentonite clay with 1 heaping tsp of psyllium husk mixed in 8 oz of cold water once or twice a day for 3 days. Remember to drink it fast cause the psyllium husk congeals into a gel quicky and can cause a gagg reflex.

I mix about 1/3 of each. Put a few tablespoons in an empty jar, add water, shake and drink real quickly.

Some people say the aluminum isn’t absorbed from clay. I’d say some is probably absorbed. So consider the risk.
