Eggs are remarkable for everyone especially the infirm. Three years ago a medical doctor called me on a Thursday evening about her 70 yr old female patient with emphysema. Many thanks for this informative article Tom. Since doing a major change in my eating habits I have made raw eggs one of the foods that I eat almost on a daily basis. Eggs have been associated with high cholesterol and salmonella. Therefore a lot of people limit their eating them to only a few a week. The only people that I know that eat eggs as often and as many as I do are bodybuilders.

I have seen similar reports stating that about half of the protein found in eggs are in the yolk. If this is true than throwing away the yolk is equivalent to throwing away HALF of the eggs’ protein.
Like most health topics there are many contradicting reports on whether or not a person should consume egg yolks or not (some even suggest that eating more than 3-4 eggs a week is potentially hazardous to your health).
The deciding factor for each individual seems to be a constant, even here, namely, know your body.
Excellent, I started out with the idea of using only egg whites but the more I have read the more I see the value in whole raw eggs. They are a super vitamin but both the egg and the yoke have value. They also have essential oils in perfect condition. I wonder if there is any research on cholesterol levels in individuals consuming lots of raw eggs. It would be so easy to test. If it cannot be found we need some experiments. But this must be on the web somewhere.
I am doing a test now of a cancer treatment. I am using raw pig pancreas, raw eggs, juices and sodium bicarbonate. Interesting event: I had a wort or hardened spot on my finger and 3 on the bottom of my feet. They have been with me for 10 years at least. 6 days later they are gone and my skin is soft. My foot felt different and when I went to check I could not find them. The skin looks totally normal. There is still some hardness at the heal but that has totally softened. Weird, I did not expect that from a cancer treatment test.
With the dramatic result in Papua New Guinea of Lung Cancer and this present result is it is becoming clear that combining protocols is having a synergistic effect and increasing response rate.
