I transitioned off the wrong way eating potato soup at the Chessecake Factory. It would have been find except it was loaded with cream, cheese, and bacon. I had a reaction to the potatoes and am now having trouble eating anything from the nightshade family but potatoes are the worse (hives and congestion within 15 minutes of consumption) this includes potato chips. I was never a big potato eater but once I found out for me they should be off limits, of course I wanted some almost daily. Every time I indulge, I am ill, the same with chocolate. Even just a few hershey kisses and I have loose bowels. The good news is despite a less than stellar diet, I am still just one size over I was when I ended. As for my food sensitivities–I suspect I always had them but was never cleansed enough to isolate what was giving me headaches, diarrhea or congestion. Now I know.

I have also been going to the gym and have burnt between 400-700 calaries every day at the gym ( according the the machines calculations) however my weight has stayed constant plus or minis 5 pounds . Is this normail , would a fast maybe benifit me with this “stubborn weight” Thanks

Today was my first day, and it all went very well. Felt hungry only in the morning. I’m planning on doing the whole 30 days. Maybe i’ll take pictures before and after.
Anyway, i’ll drink mostly water, but i want to go with the juices, how much is actually too much?
You’re site is great by the way!! It’s trully an inspiration to me. I would have never had the courage to start it by myself.

Any weight loss pills that are stimulants are like taking speed and not eating. It is hard on your body and will lead to breakdown. A diet with lots of meat will help you lose weight at a price to your health.
If you put on weight with juice, you are drinking too much.

I’m new, and i wanted to ask you if it’s ok to take coffeine pills like hunger supresant. I saw you were talking about enema, but to be honest, i don’t know if i can find it in my country (romania). So, do you have any other suggestions? Oh, and i also wanted to say, that right now, i’m on the etkins diet, but i can’t stand eating all that meat, especially that i was a vegan before that diet. ( Lol… stupid i know) If i start a juice diet, won’t i put on weight, considering i ate only protein for the last 2 weeks?
