this is my 11 day of water wasting! I cannot believe it! Normally 13 days to go.
However what annoys me is the fact that I am easily breathless and since I want to keep my weight off I don’t know how I m gonna be able to work out after my fast.
Moreover I am getting really flabby. I intend to take about 4 weeks to recover from my fast but after that I would like to go on a protein diet to tone my body.
Guys do you think that 4 weeks is enough to start a high protein diet?

]]>This is my first day of water fasting! I went to Trader Joe’s today and bought “electrolyte enhanced water” bottles. Do you recommend drinking this? I am just a little bit concerned about any potential electrolyte imbalance.
