Stomach problems are tricky. Most times it’s from our diet. I would strickly cut out sugar, wheat, dairy and any kind of alcohol (if you partake). These are very irritating to the stomach. The left side indicates the small bowel area where it connects to the stomach. You may have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) too.
Start taking whole leaf Aloe Vera juice (8 ozs. per day), carrot juice (no more than 16 ozs per day) and Marshmellow tea (as much as you want), with honey and fresh ginger grated in it. Also, DGL (Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice) tablets (3 at night before bed, and for periodic pain) read the label. All these things are VERY healing to the stomach and intestines. Start slow in case you have a reaction. Sometimes the Aloe Vera will burn a slight bit, but it works fantastic for healing! The carrot juice is very soothing but has sugar naturally. So keep it under a half liter a day. Ginger is another miracle remedy. It reduces inflammation and kills parasites. Parasites and candida may also be a problem. Go slow.
