Doing 21 days of Water Fasting. Starting January 1, 2011
Reasons for Fasting:
Spiritual Renewal and I just need guidance for my life at the beginning of the new year. I also want to write a new healthy page for my body.
Past Fasting Experience:
Bits and pieces here and there. My last fast was a 5 day water fast about 3 months ago thats the longest I have done. Otherwise, I have done one - two day water day fasts.
Rice, Maize meal, Vegetables, Meats (Beef, Pork, Chicken), Dessert ( all manner of sweet....ah! I just love these - but I don't indulge too much). The occassional fries and deep fried chicken.
Relevant Medical History:
None. Been pretty much okay. Lost many teeth though 🙁

Excited but also apprehensive about reaching my goal.
I am already a skinny person, and I have a really high metabolism, and usually when I fast I loose lots of weight very rapidly. I am concerned about how horrible I may look after 21 days of a water fast. I really don't need to lose any weight but thats inevitable. Any tips or words of wisdom? And..I will be working in office during my fast. Will I have the mental and physical energy to carry on through the day?
