Louis: 30 days of Juice/Water Fasting

• Louis 31 years old Male, weighing 75 kg / 165 lbs, 69 in /175.26 cm tall, Christian. Mauritius

• Doing 30 days of Juice/Water Fasting. Starting November 1, 2010

• Reasons for Fasting:
  Health and to stop smoking

• Past Fasting Experience:
  This is my third fast. first two times only did Juice fasting and have reduced my weight by 18kgs in total.

• Present Diet:
  Mostly Vegetarian but still not completely

• Relevant Medical History:
  Suffer from Hemorrhoids.

• Present Medical Problems:
  Bleeding Hemarrhoids.

• State of Mind:
  Strong and ready but not experiencing the same spiritual feelings as during the first two fasts

• Limitations:
  Have to continue working which might be tough now that I have moved to the Water fasting

• Questions:
  Hemarrhoids - If anyone can provide advise on how to handle this during the fast. I have switched to water fasting now after 11 days of Juice. didnt do an enema for 7 days to avoid the problem of having bleeding. after 7 days did the enema but the bleeding Hemorrhoids return immidiately. I really want to heal this using fasting as I dont want to go for Surgery. any advice would be greatly appriciated. should I continue with Daily enimas or weekly? Smoking - after 11 days Juice I have stopped smoking using the patch. doing fine so far. How should I scale down on the patch?
