Colonic Hydrotherapy

Colonic Hydrotherapy reduces parasites in the colon. Parasites in the blood, come mostly from the colon. During my study at the Richter Medical & Alternative Clinic, I saw worms being expelled from the colon and a few days afterword the patient showed marked improvement of what was diagnosed as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

A stool sample through a dark field microscope looks like pond water on steroids.  There are hundreds of different fungi, bacteria and parasites in just one field of view and each secrete biproducts damaging to health.

There are 3,657,600 – 7,315,200 villi in and average adult’s intestine and that is a lot of surface area that can easily be clogged by digestion of animal products and fiberless foods.

Most people are in shock with the thought of 5 gallons of water being flushed through their colon with a person standing over them massaging their stomach. Yet, it has proven benefits to health. An enema will only flush a few quarts through your intestine and never is 100% effective.

Colonic Irrigations

Colonic irrigation is a procedure for removing waste and toxins from the bowel also known as colonic hydrotherapy. It can help remove hardened fecal matter impacted on the colon wall and remove worms or parasites living in your intestine.

Here are some picture of fecal matter removed through colonic irrigation.

Colonic extraction

It is estimated that the average person will have 5 – 15 pounds (2 – 7 kilograms) of waste matter impacted on the colon wall, built up over years of eating heavy foods requiring mucus secretion to protect the stomach and colon resulting in an increase of toxins though parasites.

An impacted colon can cause:

  • Acne, psoriasis and other skin problems.
  • Asthma, allergies, persistent runny nose and colds,
  • Anxiety, depression and irritability
  • Bladder Infections, bloated stomach and wind
  • Candida
  • Cellulite
  • Chronic fatigue syndrome
  • Constipation and indigestion
  • Colon Cancer
  • Colon Diseases
  • Fluid retention
  • Food allergies
  • Halitosis (bad breath)
  • Headaches and sinus problems
  • Hemorrhoids
  • Insomnia
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Lethargy
  • Menstrual problems, pre-menstrual syndrome
  • Poor memory
  • Weakened immune system

Benefits of Colonic Irrigation

Colonic irrigation, fasting and enema, and a change in diet to more high fiber foods, and more fruits and vegetables in the diet may help to reduce the symptoms listed above by clearing out the impacted waste matter and enabling the colon to function effectively again.

Post Colonic Irrigation

Colonics are intrusive.  Peristalsis is the rhythmic contraction of smooth muscles to propel contents through the digestive tract.  After a colonic the natural rhythm of the intestine are disrupted and it take a few day for it to get back to natural movement.  Eat fruits and vegetable only for two days after the colonic. If the  hygienist does not implant healthy intestinal bacteria after the flush, they are doing you a disservice. Failure to implant health bacteria will cause constipation for about a week and the unhealthy bacteria will take control of the intestine leading to a host of problems.

IMPORTANT:

It is important to have your intestinal bacteria replaced after a colonic.

Where can we find a clinic here in manila to do colonic irrigation. I need a clean reputable clinic. kindly email the address and tel no.

  3. Nina says:

Would you recommend taking colon irrigation before, after, or both before and after a water fast?

  4. Tom Coghill says:
    Tom Coghill

    Hi Nina,
Enemas can be done at home are are free. But colonics are good. Yes use the enema before, during and ending a fast. The fast will take longer to break, double the time and you must replace the intestinal bacteria. The info is on this site.

      Tom Coghill

      Hi Elsa,
Wow, I changed my response as I was half asleep when I answered.
Colonics one is good if you reinstall the lacto bacteria. But it is better to fast after a colonic and have one at the end to eliminate the toxemia that can be caused by the food loosening the hardened mucus and releasing a wave of toxins.

during my current fast [i'm close to the 12 day mark] i’ve been experiencing an aching pain on my left side, it feels like all my ribs on the left side are aching!
any ideas as to what this might be? and how to solve it?

i also noticed in the last couple of days my faintness seems to be decreasing.
is that due to my metabolism slowing down? or something else?

    • Tom Coghill says:
      Tom Coghill

      Hi Geriann
So is this a water of juice fast. What was your diet before starting the fast? Are you getting any gas? Did you use an enema? Is the pain constant or throbbing. Did you have a past injury in that area? It is more intense in the morning? Are you drinking acid juices? Is it affected by breathing deepy? Did you ever smoke?
Pain in the ribs can have a number of causes. Right now I would be making a wild guess with very little info. That is why a progress report is valuable. If you are water fasting go to juice for a few days.
Your body adjusts to the fast, when the body becomes fully devoted to catabolism reaching maximum fat to energy conversion, and therefor fainting decreases. This usually takes about one week of fasting.

Hi geriann, The pain on your left side could be your liver detoxing. I know I’m full of aches and pains during a fast. If it doesn’t stop in a few days, do a liver/gall bladder cleanse search. You will be amazed at what’s in our liver and gall bladder! Fasting alone won’t remove the 1000 to 2000 stones and chaff that is found in the average persons bile producing organs! Check the link below for some eye opening info! Ron

Kindly send me some help on the Enema business at home.

  22. Ron says:
    Ron

Hi Bobby, Thanks for the kudos! You didn’t list any info as to your situation or why you want to start the enemas. But there is plenty of info here on this site! A search on “enemas” will bring up that info.

The SWF ( Salt Water Flush) is a good bowel cleanse as it takes care of the whole intestines. Enemas are good for a lower colon cleanse. Of course you must be in good physical condition for the “swf”. Check the link below for an article on “swf” & enemas. There is a blog there too that discusses both. Welcome and good luck! Ron

So I am just wrapping up day 1 of my water fast. Also I had colon hydrotherapy for the first time today. I have another appointment for tomorrow morning. The therapist said a second one the following day is most beneficial. How many & how often do you recommend them during a water fast?

  24. Ron says:
    Ron

Nikki, You won’t need another that thorough for a while. Depending on your length of fasting, use enemas yourself a few times per week. Then have another “hydro” near the end of your fast. A few swf’s won’t hurt either.

Make certain that you replenish your “good” bacterium w/ pro-biotics after your fast. It’s very, very important to digestive health! Ron

  25. Nikki says:
    Nikki

Thanks Ron. I wish I had seen your post before I went back for another appointment today. Yesterday was great & I was glad I went. I would’ve been so much better off if I had NOT gone back for more today though. I was miserable the whole time & still don’t feel good. Lesson learned! I’ll wait until I’m done fasting before I go back again.
Also I’m following my water fast with a juice fast, should I take probiotics with my first juice or wait until I go back to solid foods?

  26. Ron says:
    Ron

Hi Nikki, It won’t hurt to take probiotics. But you really don’t need them during a fast. You are flushing them out of you while fasting, and using enemas. They are for digestive health while eating, and to thwart off bad bacteria and disease. Neither of which stand a chance to survive your fast!

But, introduce them immediately after your fast. I usually break my fasts with fresh, live cultured, plain yogurt, honey and whatever fruit strikes my fancy! I’ll be fasting this week too! Ron

  27. Nikki says:
    Nikki

Good plan! I’ll make sure fruit & yogurt is my first food. Not only that, I feel like I have a fasting buddy & there are probably dozens more here too! Somehow knowing I’m not alone really helps me persevere.

  28. Ron says:
    Ron

Nikki, As you probably know I’m usually fasting. It’s my lifestyle. I can’t live w/o it! Spiritually, mentally and physically. It’s funny as time goes on I realize that fasting means more to me spiritually than anything else. Especially after reading our Lord’s word: “don’t worry about your body”, “living life is more important”. Everything has taken on all new meaning, been an eye opener, and relief mentally. I know the Lord is taking care of me…inspite of myself! LOL

I don’t usually tell anyone when I’m fasting for all the obvious reasons, but I thought it would be cool to let you know that we were fasting together! I will pray that you have a great fasting experience. God bless, Ron
