  • Doing 3 days of Water Fasting. Starting March 9, 2012

  • Reasons for Fasting:
    Need to purify heart body and soul. Really want to drop some serious weight and challenge my self will and to break bad habits.

  • Past Fasting Experience:
    done 6 day fasts in the past but never get past that point - this one I intend to get to at least 25

  • Present Diet:
    Decent but irregular I tend to eat next to nothing till I get home and then eat from 6-10 pm and go to bed with a full stomach

  • Supplements:
    multi vitamins, Q10, Vit D, joint supplements, and memory ones as well

  • Relevant Medical History:
    currently suffering form Planter Fiatas (spelled wrong) been bad for the past 4-5 mths seen doctors changed shoes but I believe the fact that I have gained 40 lbs over the past year as a large part. Plus I seem to be slowly loosing my memory it seems I blame aging but from what read about fasting this may really help

  • Present Medication or Drug Usage:
    none

  • State of Mind:
    Anxious want to get past the 10 day marker then I believe it will be easier

  • Questions:
    How hard can a person work out while on a fast? I have been doing p90x for the past year and it is pretty intensive.
