• Reasons for Fasting:
  New year new goals- lose 10kg and for spiritual reasons

• Past Fasting Experience:
  I did 2 water fasting experiences with the help of this site last year and LOST 30kgs and looking good but I need to look better.

• Present Diet:
  our diet here is well balanced here in our country and at home, though I tend to crave meat alot.

• State of Mind:
  Having been trying to start the fast this year but its proving to be difficult but am determined.
