  • Reasons for Fasting:
    Weight loss. Recalibrate my body and mind so I don't feel tired and sluggish. Regain health so I can be around for my young child. Get rid of my acid reflux. Fit into pre-pregnancy clothes.

  • Past Fasting Experience:
    Lasted 8 days on a juice fast and lost 14 pounds.

  • Present Diet:
    Meat, dairy, fish, sugar, carbohydrates, coffee. High fat, high sugar diet.

  • Supplements:
    N/A

  • Present Medication or Drug Usage:
    Zantac or Prilocec

  • State of Mind:
    I am tired of starting and stopping my weight loss journey. I started the water fast today and I feel confident. My toughest time of day is at night.

  • Questions:
    What can I do when I want to give up and eat? What can I tell myself when I feel like binging on sweets? What should I do when my family members are eating?
