• Reasons for Fasting:
  weight and health problem.

• Past Fasting Experience:
  21 days water /30 days of orange juice frozen /3 days of dry fasting while working 12 hour shifts/7 days of water/ 8 days of water

• Present Diet:
  too much of everything

  how can one stay on track to finish 30-40 day water fast without complications of others knowing?
